The product itself is great. My shooting instructor also had a pair. The gel cups are quite comfortable, and a good seal is paramount to proper hearing protection. The noise isolation worked reliably for every shot, but would also kick in for smaller noise spikes like the racking of a slide or even sometimes a gust of wind, but that's not a problem in my opinion. Stereo hearing is a must have, as opposed to only one microphone on the whole headset. I had no problem hearing my instructor and my environment which is also very important, and the volume can adjusted from subtle to quite loud (for if you double-up with ear plugs).All said, the first few pictures of this listing are for a different product: a SKU with quad-microphones. This product only has DUAL microphones. I don't know what the difference would be, but be aware that as the quad-mic skew is more expensive. Despite this hiccup, I agree with my instructor in that these are a great value, performing as well as a $200+ pair (according to him)

These are the best I have tried! I like how they let you know you have reached the low end of the volume with beeps. I also like how they remember your last volume setting when turned off, then back on.

They worked well for about 10 months. Then one day they don't power on. Whatever. I change the batteries. Still won't power on. Opened the battery cap. Tried to take out the batteries and burned my finger. There was a short circuit, and the new batteries were completely dead. Went to their website and filed a warranty claim. 2 Weeks and no response. Called their customer support but got put on a ridiculously long hold. Called again the next day and some guy sent me an email saying to submit the same RMA Information. Replied to that email and still haven't heard back since.At this point, I've given up and I already bought a different set. Don't buy these. Horrible product horrible customer service.
