This is my 1st harness &, while I'm not experienced with these types of product, I am confident in my ability to recognize the level of quality exhibited herein. Said quality is primarily visible in the nylon straps(yes, it's mostly nylon straps), particularly in the heavy-duty stitching used. It's kind of difficult to mess up seat belts & that's pretty much what this is made out of. It's also fairly intuitive to put on. I had donned it & was getting ready to go up onto my roof to do some tile work when my neighbor, who is VERY experienced with these products due to usage at work, came out & confirmed I had put it on correctly. NOTE: It is extremely important to get the straps that go around the legs as tight as possible without cutting off blood circulation. Otherwise, if you experience a fall while wearing this, says my experienced neighbor, "it can blow certain things out. I've seen some nasty pictures of the aftermath, so just make sure you can only get 2 fingers between your leg & the strap."The instructions are kinda ridiculous &, in my opinion, will be confusing to most who're not already familiar with the wearing of this type of gear:"Get the safety clothes, find the hanging point on its back first, straighten out the corresponding belt, find the belt by taking advantage of the situation, and put the pairPut the strap on your shoulders, adjust the chest connecting strap and waistband to the best position in turn, and then fasten itThe two leg straps of the hip are..." I mean, honestly, "find the belt by taking advantage of the situation"?? WHO understands that?? & no, those aren't my typos, I made sure to type it exactly as it appears in the booklet.Despite the instruction booklet needing an overhaul, particularly for sentence structure & punctuation, it DOES actually have a bunch of important information in it, so I HIGHLY recommend reading it. ..it just also lacks a lot of info you'd expect to be in it, so be warned: Either watch a bunch of VoDs(Videos on Demand) on how these are properly worn/used, or get instruction from someone who uses such gear quite often in their profession. This is one of those types of PPE(personal protective equipment) that is meant to save the wearer's life, BUT, kind-of like a seat-belt, can actually cause injury in the process if not worn properly!For ~$40(current at the time of writing), it seems like a great deal to me & gave me peace of mind as I worked on my very steep roof.

I could say a lot but how about this: I trusted my life to this safety harness. I have to make adjustments to the rain gutter around my house. It's a two-story reach. I have anchor clips put in on my roof so the roof doesn't have to be ruined by nailing new ones in. With just this lanyard you get limited reach from an anchor point but you can always add an extension. The safety length is there, folded up, ready to deploy if I tumble and fall - it's designed to be yanked to slow my fall, then release and extend to make sure I don't come to a sudden stop. Of course, I didn't yet get to test this feature, but knowing the overall harness and lanyard are OSHA compliant helps me put trust into this. Others seem to have trouble making the harness fit. I didn't encounter any trouble, and if the harness is a little loose for some but still holds well I don't think that should be much of a worry - it's there to catch you if you fall, and not needed otherwise. I hope my experience has been of help in your shopping experience.

Parfait et vraiment sécuritaire, mon mari avait besoin d'un harnais de sécurité pour faire le toit de notre maison et ce harnais a répondu en tout point de vu aux attentes pour protèger sa vie.
