I gave it a 5 star because it was delivered very quickly and it was a prefect replacement for a damaged valve. This was a replacement for the valve in the heater in my wife's greenhouse. During the winter, it is key to be able to receive it quickly. However, this is the 3rd valve in a 5-1/2 year old heater.

This is the second White Rodgers regulator I've purchased due to originals that came with the furnaces failed and were leaking gas in 10 and 12 years. One has been working for 2 years now and works fine. This White Rodgers has been installed yesterday 12/16/2017. No problems with installation other then it is about 3/4" wider then the original depending on your pipe work you may or may not need to make any modifications to the pipe. White Rodgers is a good product.

Did not use it.Returned to Amazon.Listed as a direct replacement for my older model gas valve,but wiring was quite a bit different with no instructions on how to adapt it to the furnace.
