It comes with with a whole tent design folded, basically no not need to assemble at all and just need to unfold it, and it will stands as a tent. I am about 5,9" tall, 150 pounds, and it's perfect size for me, but it would be a bit small for guys taller than 6'2 from I see. and it also comes with a foldble chair that you can put inside and sit on. It holds my weight perfectly and very steady. Talking about this product working theory, it's basic and easy to use, basically it's a hot steam making boiler to pump the hot steam into the tent through a plastic tube, there is some trick here, the tube is a bit long, and I felt the hot steam transfer would be much faster if I cut the tube half and to short time needed to transfer the hot steam into the tent, I did it, and it's better than the original design, the temperature is moderate, nothing crazy like the gym sauna room, but works, It does make me sweat a lot once inside sitting on the chair for about 10 mintues. the maximum running time is 1 hour and it used about 2/3 of the water, so still can rerun for about 20 minutes, and then need to refill the water if want to use again. The tent is super light, easy to fold and put in the car for outdoor camping use. I bougt this for a coming RV camping road trip in Glacier national park with my family and kids, and the weater is still a bit cold there, this would be great to use at the night after a day hiking. All in all, this is a good product, simple, nothing high tech related, but it does work as expected.

The one negative, the chair , it’s tiny and uncomfortable. I just went to Bunnings and got a cheap plastic chair. Perfect.Heats up quick. The App and Bluetooth work great . So much better than going to the public steam room .

buenos días... el otro día mientras usaba el vapor de repente al parecer la presión del vapor botó la manguera rompiendo la salida que está en la tapa... dónde puedo conseguir el reemplazo??.. gracias y todo lo mejor

Después de tres meses de uso, el calentador de agua se quemó y quedó completamente inservible, además que la calidad de la carpa es muy mala ya que se desprende o rompe con mucha facilidad

The wife likes saunas, which are helpful for pain relief. But it is not convenient for us to go to the commercial ones, therefore, we are thinking of having a home sauna. Before moving to a more permanent wooden one, we bought this product to demonstrate whether we would use it enough at home. This one fits our purpose well, at a low cost. And it seems it will last for much longer than we expected. Very impressed.

After using this device daily in a row for more than 40 days, and to be more specific i missed like 6 or 7 days but it became a daily routine to do it before sleeping for 20 mins, i can confirm you guys that this is an amazing choice and am very glad with my purchased as duringmy daily use for 40 days temperature performed very well including the Bluetooth and mobile app is so helpful, i also managed to keep the body tent fixed in my bedroom instead of flod it up everytime which usually reduce the fabric lifetime, i makes sure to use only water no adds on and clean it every week with fabric, i highly recommended as seller was very supported and great customer service.
