Surprised by the size. It’s a very small pan, but was perfect for doing what I had to do.

I wanted to make a one-egg frittata like the one made by an Italian chef in the Stanley Tucci series, "Searching for Italy." It's the episode on offal. Generously coat the bottom of the pan with olive oil and heat; mix one egg with some parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; add to the hot oil. As the egg rises‚ airy and firm, add a bit of anything (I've done a 1/2 teaspoon of minced chicken, Mexican cheese mix, a whole grape tomato). Let cook a minute or two, then cover for about one minute. Surprisingly, the egg does not stick. I work a fork around the edges and gently nudge it out. Very happy with the pan... and the egg!

Handle is so short I don’t know how you will be able to hold it to whisk a sauce without being burned. I’ll be returning.

Its so small its half the size of a tea cup. I was conned.
