A+++ The product is beautiful in person, clearly super well made, heavy weight, all the elements fit together perfectly, even includes sterno. Don't forget to add water to the under dish of the crafting dish set up, it creates a gentle steam heat that keeps food warm without browning or drying out for HOURS!Highly recommend!

I bought this as a gift for a friend who borrows mine. It is very attractive and classy, holds the perfect amount for a small to medium sized dinner party or luncheon (I had a side dish in it for a dozen guests) and keeps the food well heated. It is a very sturdy server, and The gold element adds to it's look.

We have had this product and the 6-quart oval version of it since July 2013. We use them about once a month. The build quality is excellent. The functionality is also superb. In addition, the stainless steel with gold accent looks elegant. They are functional and use good design -- I definitely recommend the product. I just came to the page to order another one so I decided to write a review as well.

I had a cheap, three compartment warming dish from a local store that I had used for entertaining. I decided to upgrade and I'm so glad I did. This is a beautiful chafing dish. It looks elegant (but not fancy) and high quality. The size is just right. You can adjust the heat by how far you open the cover over the flame. It is true that there aren't directions in the box. I just knew that you put water in the bottom pan, but not everyone would know that. This is a nice piece to have for your parties or large family get togethers and I would buy it again.

Very beautiful to look at. I have used it just once and it served the purpose perfectly. I hope it lasts. The quality looks good.
