I am doing an install on my 27’ Catalina sail boat. The material is rope, a good thickness and looks plenty rugged and installs easily enough. I purchased this to attempt and keep my dog from accidentally falling overboard. We shall see.

netting is very thick, appears to be made of something you would use to crochet, definitely NOT UV resistant at all. will be returning as i would not trust this netting to hold apples let alone save anything from going overboard.

This cheap little netting is much cheaper than the boat nets you find elsewhere. It works perfectly for the boat and yesterday got its true test when my great dane (150lbs) slipped on the top and the net caught him from going overboard! Sturdier than I thought.

I purchased these nets to keep my extremely hyper border collie from vibrating himself off of the boat.I installed these nets on my Com -Pac 27 this past summer. Installation was pretty straight forward. One set covered both sides of my boat from stem to stern. The nets performed perfectly once installed and look really good on my Zoe.
