These boots are 3 weeks old and are cracking already.It appears to be the outer surface. I work inside a warehouse and stand at a desk. I am not happy with the quality at all.

Love these boots for winter hiking , one of few companies that have actual wide sizes.

I like these boots overall. They are really warm and may not be best for warm/hot environments. Waterproofing was fine. Like other have said, they run long. I normally buy size 13 and went with a 12, and the fit great. I also went for the extra wide and I am glad I did. Even the extra wides are not very wide so I wouldn't buy the regular width unless you have narrow feet. I am exchanging my first pair as the cloth inside the boot (heal area) came loose on one boot. The adhesive just didn't stick. This caused a loud squeak and a vibration/shutter when walking that drove me nuts. I hope my second pair is better.I will update this review after a few weeks with the replacement boots.
