They're lightweight and waterproof great for everyday use between riding a motorcycle and working all day in the kitchen. Black shoes in a kitchen! Damned fool at wolverine.

My husband worked in a freezer. Not only did the boots were sturdy. They are so heavy they can kick a horse in the butt. May be a little....little bit heavy but for what he needed, they were great.

Am using these all around at moment to be spelled off by hi tec s that were my usual scramble staple.So far I find these getting more comfortable than ever after some break in,am scrambling with them so usually have to freesole the seams of somewhat cheaper boots for longevity ,haven t yet with these and possibly have a very good built pair,great pricing as I put boots thru hell on steep terrain, may spell these off with approach shoes however as very steep terrain is out of the scope of these boots,for walking hiking I feel these are awesome!

I own three pair of Wolverine boots, one pair is nearly 20 years old, and still in almost perfect condition after working in them for years before I retired. So I knew the quality I was getting before I bought a pair like these. I bought them this spring, and have wore them all summer, in the wet, the mud, and the hot sun, and with just a minimal amount of cleaning they still look like brand new. These are my goto boots, especially if I know there is going to be walking involved, and they always look good whether it's with a pair of jeans or a nice pair of cargo pants . They are comfortable, they fit perfectly, and they are rugged, yet they never are hot to wear even on the hottest days of summer. As with any pair of boots like this, I recommend getting the a half size bigger than you would normally wear, because you will want to wear a heavy pair of socks with them.My son wears a pair of Wolverine to work every day. They are full boots with steel toes, and he works on concrete floors everyday, but since I convinced him to try a pair, he says he will never wear anything else. He says they are the only boots he ever wore that his feet weren't wore out when he got home from work.Just remember, "You can't beat a pair of Wolverines, and you can't wear them out even with years and years of wear and tear," They are the best boots on the market today.
