This is my second product from this brand, and I have really come to love them! I am really impressed with these shorts!PROs:- Quality - Looks good. Material, stitching, light compression, zipper pocket, non-slip leg cuffs, very reflective accents, sufficient padding- Fit - Seems pretty true to size. I'm 5'3" and ordered Large Waist 28.7-34.6 (I'm 30), Hip 34.6-40.5 (I'm 38) Leg Opening 16.3-20.4 (I'm - Chamois - Good padding without feeling too stiff or too much like a diaper- Comfort - Great fit and no slip! At first, I thought maybe the padding would be too wide, but I did a full hour on my tri bike indoors on the trainer in both upright and aero positions very comfortably. No chafing, no pressure point pain!- VALUE - All the PROs above at such a great price point, a fraction of some of the more premium brands!CONs:- I don't have any yet.I have washed Active Wear Cycle and air dried with no issues. If anything comes up with durability, I will update this review. If no update, you can assume it is sufficient, I am still very happy with these shorts and would highly recommend! Overall, I really like this pair of cycling shorts and they reinforced my favorable opinion of this brand. I would buy more from this brand!

This review is for the X-TIGER Padded Bike Shorts for Women 5D Gel Padding with Zipper Pockets Cycling Shorts Womens Bicycle Road Biking Biker Short.These shorts are an excellent bargain at $20. They are not as nice as my $80 cycling shorts, but they're shockingly close for 1/4 the price.The leg openings have sticky silicone grips to stop them from riding up - a lot of cheap shorts don't. The waistband and leg openings have strong elastic. The main body fabric is sufficient weight that it doesn't go sheer when you bend over (though this is one place cheap shorts fail first, I'll pay attention to this). The stitching is clean and neat. The construction is simplistic, 2-panel legs - but that's to be expected in sub-$50 shorts.The rear zipper pocket is too small for a modern phone, but works well for keys or credit card/driver's license. The side pockets have no zipper, but hold a phone securely.Unlike some other cheap cycling shorts, these have a well-contoured chamois that is narrow enough between the legs for those of us without a thigh gap.As with all my reviews, this is based on my initial impressions and only a few wears and laundry washes. I will continue to keep these shorts in my regular rotation and will update this review if/when I learn anything new through long-term usage.

I got these cycling shorts for my daughter to convince her to try cycling-specific shorts. I didn't want to spend a lot in case she didn't like them. Fortunately, she thinks they are awesome!You get some nice features for your money. They have a pocket on each side, a zipping back pocket and silicone grips around the legs, which keep them from riding up. They are made from spandex and fit her well. She is 5'4 and ~ 130 pounds and the size Medium is perfect. She's ridden at least 20 miles in them every day, for the past two months, and not had any discomfort from the saddle, and the shorts have held up well. The chamois is thick and supportive and does not cause any pinching or odd compressions.The shorts stay put, without rolling or sliding around once they’ve been put on. The silicone grips in the legs help hold them in place so they don't ride up, too. The reflectors have held up well through several wash cycles, showing no signs of rubbing off.And the pockets—both the thigh slip pockets and the zipper pocket at the back waist—are much appreciated. She was able to carry a cell phone in the slip pockets while riding without fear of its falling out.All in all, these are a good pair of cycling shorts to have in the rotation!

This is a good cycling short with decent padding for moderately long ride comfort. Pockets are nice when you want to carry a phone on your side for those quick stops for photo opportunity.The Pros -1) Great fitting shorts with stretchy material to help feel snug, yet not restrictive.2) Legs have a silicone strip to keep the legs from creeping up as you ride.3) Pockets are nice. The back pocket is zippered so you won't lose smaller items. The side pockets are nice for carrying a "normal" sized phone (not the large screen versions).4) Seam stitching is well made. Feels like it will hold up over time.The Cons -1) The padding, while nice overall, has a tendency to rub a bit in the crotch area along the leg line. This wasn't a terrible feel, just a bit annoying until you get used to the feel.Overall, this is a decent short with for moderate rides. They keep you legs warm on nice days without a restricting feel. Make sure you check the sizing on this one as the padding can feel a little uncomfortable.
