The light did not light up all the way from when I opened it. There was a segment of maybe 40cm that did not light up.I contacted the seller about it. The seller did not replace the item, but said he would send me the parts to repair it myself. He assured me that repairing the light it is very easy. I'm not certain.The shipping is very slow. Eventually, I got the non-illuminated segment to light up. I was able to glue the light to the back of the mirror.Then the segment arrived.Now, the unreliable segment is not working again. Also, another segment stopped working just now. I don't know what to do. I want it to work but it does not.
