This headset is a copy of Plantronics Voyager series headset which are leader in this space for decades. I have used many in that series from legend, Edges to 5200 and few in other series. I have tried few others and have gone back. I am afraid this time it's same. The reason they rule in category is not for fancy things but simple about to communicate in almost any situation. You can talk from a cafeteria, market, train station and still the other side can hear you clearly without (most of time) even noticing your surrounding noise.This headset is not a complete failure, in fact it's quite good and better than most. So let have look has it fair in different aspects.Build: build quality seems decent but slightly inferior than poly. It's mostly plastic. The adjustable shaft may be useful for some though I never had problem positioning in ear. This may become a weaker link though. I carry my poly in pocket in small pouch and never broke in over 20yrs. I am not sure about this.Case is slicker and easy to carry than poly which is too big. However the case surface is very slippery, a tacky rubber coat would have been better.Charging port is a problem, you need special cable which is not included in pro version. This is unacceptable in 2025. Poly corrected this over a decade. It should be USB C chargeable.Buttons: A rotary volume control is great, but power switch size and position is worst. It's very inconvenient to turn it on of while wearing. Poly is very easy in this.Ear tips are different from poly. I hope they are readily available otherwise your entire headset becomes useless.Function:Pairing was easy. I found some audio programs take about a second to transfer audio to the headset and starts it on phone speaker.Call transfer is very easy with Poly headset. They also have a wear sensor. If you take your poly out of ear, your call automatically transfers to phone. Also accepting call is easy with Poly, it gives you a voice prompt to accept it ignore a call. I am not sure if this have wear sensor or not but it didn't behave as Poly explained above. If it is there, I will need to explain.Audio quality is good and is louder than Poly.Microphone: The outgoing (microphone) sound quality seem to have better depth than Poly.Noise cancelling: This headset seem to do a good job if noise cancelling if the nose is same and consistent. But it picks up every change for about half a second and then start cancelling it. I tested both headset with different sounds like toilet flush, kitchen exhaust, garbage disposer, blender. In most cases on Poly headset you couldn't tell the event if even happened. But I'm every instance with this headset you could hear the beginning of the sound, even changing the blender or fan speed was clearly marked. However if the same noise continues it blocks it very well.Overall it's good headset for communication but if you are picking it up for the Poly noise cancellation quality is not there yet.

Great wireless headset. I have been very impressed with Yealink products, and use them for my desk phone at the office. I wanted a headset I could use with my PC for Zoom meetings, listening to audio (trainings, music, phone calls through our web app, etc) and easily take on the go. This has perfectly fit the bill!The headset comes with a charging cradle/case, so you can keep it up and easily accessible during the day, but then can be put inside to take on the go when the day is done! The USB-C charging port is on the side, making it easy to find a space to put it during the day. This comes with a USB-C adapter to connect to your computer, and they also provide a USB-C-to-USB-A adapter as well! Great for all connection types. And of course this is also Bluetooth compatible so you can connect that way, or to a mobile device!As far as physical comfort goes, this can adjust up and down to better fit your ear, and has different ear pad sizes included. It feels very lightweight for what it does, so I sometimes almost forget I'm wearing it.Overall, really nice headset, I'm very happy I came across it. VERY highly recommended!

Overall I think this is a great headset but considering the price the Poly Voyager 5200 UC is probably a better purchase due to the more capable noise cancelling.Good- Rotary volume adjustment on this is convenient and a curse. Easier to adjust than tactile buttons but also easier to accidentally adjust when putting on the headset- Dongle is USB-C first and comes with a USB-A adapter. I have little need for USB-A.- Dongle leaves nearby USB ports mostly accessible on MacBook Pro. I say mostly because some other devices have large connectors themselves which cause issues but for the most part this dongle is well sized.- Voice is as clear and clean as the mic it replaced.- Range is great- Charge port on outside of case is convenient sitting on my desk during the day- Management software available for Windows and MacLess good- Teams integration is inconsistent for me. Sometimes the mute button on the headset will mute/unmute the Teams software on my computer and other times it mutes in the headset itself.- Mute reminder is set for 30 seconds but rarely announces after initially muting. Sometimes I get 1 additional announcement but it has never continued after that.- Firmware is easy to update but only appears to work when connected through the dongle. When connected direct through Bluetooth the management software did not show the headset as detected.- Voice isolation could be better. I am mostly in a quiet environment for work so it's not a huge issue to me but I tested the voice isolation and it did leak through some outside noises I expected to be blocked.

This works well connects EZ12 made. I like the way that it charges on the stand but it does sound a little bit muffled, not quite as good as talking on a cellphone, but it is very clear and sound good. It charges and stays charged for the whole day. Even into 2 days, no problem with regular use. If it's good and it is like I said a good quality item. I'm not sure that it fits in the air or just on the outside air canal. But I can hear very well with it, and like I said, it is it's slightly muffled compared to a regular cell phone, which is understandable because it doesn't have the near the power. So all in all for what it is, I definitely give this oneA5. It does. It does work. Well, it is well, made it fits nice on the ear. It doesn't bother your ear at all. And it does last into two days, I write this one a five.
