Thus is a great Kettle Bell. I like that you can make it different weights. It's easy to change the weight amount. It's seems to be very sturdy.

I bought this and it’s added to building my home gym. It’s a great addition and easy to use. I love how you can take off weight and add on whenever you want more. It’s also great quality and easy stored in a corner as it doesn’t take up much space.

The main reason I got this was for Bottoms Up Grip exercises. And yes it works great for that. The handle is very comfortable and not slippery letting me focus on my form.What I don't like is when I remove one of the weights the giant plastic screw only goes so far. Essentially leaving a gap of the missing weight. It's not a problem when doing swings but its not ideal for doing cleans, halos, snatches, etc. I still use it I just wish the screw could go further to make a tighter fit so I can use it for more exercises comfortably.Also as a side note the fact that there's the gap with the plastic screw I'm not confident that the plastic is of a strong quality to take the shock of certain exercises.
