Fits a 2003 Ram 2500 perfect,We purchased a Dodge Ram 2500 in 2003 (original owner). We recently renovated our Ram 2500 inside and out. Unfortunately the truck still sits outside in the hot Florida sun. After much research we decided to purchase this “Yiz Dashboard Cover Dash Cover Mat” to protect our investment. The “Yiz Dashboard Cover Dash Cover Mat” fits great on our 2003 Dodge Ram 2500. The AC defroster vent holes are in the perfect location. The cover can be stretched to fit over the front curve of the dash and down over the side vents.Included items: instructions, small 1 inch velcro strips with adhesive, and the dash matt.Appearance: We chose the black dashboard cover/mat. This mat is very soft on both sides, the material does stretch and matches all vent holes. This dash protector is very appealing and does seem to protect my dash from the sun.Function: This dash protector cover/mat fits well and is easy to install. My big concern was to protect the top front edge of my dash, so I started there. I threw the cover in place, I aligned the front edge, peeled each velcro strip off and placed it under the mat along the front edge. The strips were close enough to hold down the edge about 8 to 10 inches apart. I then stretched the cover back toward the window and placed more velcro strips to hold it down, using the vent holes to easily access under the cover which allowed me to place the velcro strips at the change in contour of the dash to eliminate any creases. I used more strips around the side vents. I ran out of velcro strips and will purchase more if I have issues.Cons: Not enough Velcro stripsTips:I would buy it again and most definitely would recommend it.

I went with gray, I wish I would have went with black, this was for a 2005 Dodge Ram pickup truck. In 2005 there was two colors interior dark charcoal gray that looks blackish or taupe which is kind of a pukey tanish color and as a junkyard connoisseur I would imagine this is the same for all 2002 to 2006 Dodge vehicles because I have never seen any other color other than those two and I have looked inside a ton of these trucks.Anyways I went with gray for the dash mat and it is a little light in the matching department that being said it's not bad it's totally livable but I'm not anal about that kind of stuff and there is nothing better than having friends question your ability to color match. What I do know is Dodge trucks the dash just kind of falls apart on them when you just look at them funny so I figured it would be smart to cover this one before that happens. It is cut well it fits the dash nicely I did not bother to get the creases out and it's now been a couple of months and they are still completely visible like i put it in yesterday. Even in the hot California Sun (when I put it inside the truck it was 110° that day) the wrinkles did not relax. There are instructions that come with it that tell you how to get the creases out of the fabric/material but I ignored them because who needs instructions and the blue recycling trash can looked hungry so I fed it.I should also mention I did not attach the dash mat to the dash I just threw it up there as it's pretty rare my windows are down if I'm above the about 35 mph and when they are I like constantly grabbing it and holding it down after it blocks my vision at 70mph over and over but the mat did come with Velcro style sticky pads, I how ever promptly threw in the garage somewhere or maybe even that hungry recycling bin to never be seen again I don't remember besides who wants to stick hidden little adhesive pads all over their dash anyways? I will tell you who, not me that's who that would have required 30 seconds of effort.Anyways the answer is yes I would recommend this product however and although fairly sufficient and totally adequate for shading the dash and I guess cutting reflection in the windshield if that's your primary agenda I would not recommend my installation techniques unless you enjoy your passengers asking really stupid questions such as why is there a crease in the dash mat? Or "oh you put a dash mat in, why did you do that?" "You didn't stick it down?" "Why did you go with gray?" Well I do enjoy the stupid questions and between the wrinkles, the mismatch color and my lack of attaching it, it allows all the annoying small talk to just flow instead of melodies of the late great Mr J Cash and Ms P Cline but I digress and the point of this post was to say this is a great dashmat for the price and my friend's are annoying just like this review.
