Very comfortable anf serve as a good backup while wearing menstrual-cup. However it doesn't absorb very well and it leaks from the sides.

I usually wear a 5 in panties and I ordered the 6 and they fit perfectly. These panties work very well; they are not only leak-proof but very easy to clean and they dry quickly. I used a menstrual cup or a tampon in addition and they worked perfectly.UPDATE: 12/8/16- These panties work better, much BETTER, than Thinx. I have both. I used both. I had major incidents when I was wearing my Thinx. Major, public and embarrassing incidents- to the point where I needed to change clothes (or in one case buy new clothes) But I was wearing these jacquard panties, I had a major unexpected blowout, and this little pair contained it until I could get to a bathroom. When I say contain, I mean it gathered into a neat little space on the panty and did not go anywhere else. Buy a size up. Wear a diva cup or a tampon and you will be set.
