I ordered a women 10.5 and it came Way big as if it was a men 10.5

I order my regular size and these are like 2 to 3 sizes too big. There is about an inch and a half of space. They are also not comfortable at all. The insoles are hard.

I like the look of the shoe, but they run much larger than the size that is ordered.

I live for these shoes as they are sooooo comfortable. They also look nice, I've had a few compliments. I just don't like the band in the rear of the shoe...could have been left off. As you can see, I flipped the band. What do the numbers mean? Other than that, I love the shoe ❤️
