Love these mugs and they were exactly what we wanted for our trip to Punta Cana. They survived being packed amongst clothes. Yay! ***However, one straw had broken during initial shipping and I did let the seller know about and stated we had something we could use to replace it. They insisted they would send a replacement set to make it right (which I did not ask for but thought was very generous) however this was never sent as of this writing. Not sure if it was a lot of “people pleasing” to ensure a good review? This is why I am taking away one star; Do not say you’re doing something as a customer service move and then fail to follow up in good faith.

Went to visit boyfriends family up North and his grandfather had some plastic mason jars like these. My twins loved using them but it was hard to find anything like them in our home town. So I finally remembered to check on amazon and found these.For the price and the quality I saw its a steal. Love the straws that come with them, though sadly like kids like to chew them to bits so after a couple of rounds on cleaning, I had to toss the straws. But I would highly recommend getting these for friends and family.I took one star off for cleaning cause I noticed like a cloudiness that forms on the inside of the cup, that wasnt there when they were straight out of the package. No matter how much I clean it with a sponge or cloth it doesnt go away. But it doesnt cause a huge problem for me in general, but might bother others. Cups are clean but the cloudiness makes it look as if something is still left on the inside. I love them regardless cause they are easier for my kids to drink out of without risk of spilling.
