I Installed my case per included instructions and during install, the side cracked. I contacted the company and sent pictures of the damage. They were very pleasant to deal with and immediately sent a new case out to me. I installed in the same fashion as the first application without any issue. I love the durability and the look it the case. The Rose Gold color is very true to the picture shown. Looks very nice on my iPhone X. I have since purchased the silver/grey as well for versatility. I would purchase from this company again and have recommended them when I am asked about my phone case. I have dropped my phone a few times with this case on and no worries whatsoever.

Impossible to get off without breaking the item. Took mine off after a day as I like to change cases and it snapped in the process... disappointing.

Love the look of the case. Also, provides all around protection for the phone. Very satisfied. Would purchase another one like it for my next phone.
