This seems to be a good kit, but there is one huge flaw: There are no directions. I can Google this but I really wish this contained instructions on how to use this!

I ordered this because I want to repair a book that my dog chewed up. She didn't damage the pages but the binding at the bottom edge is a mess. I thought this kit would help. To be fair they did list everything that comes in the kit, but it would be so helpful to have an instruction booklet showing how to do it. So, now I have to look up how to do this. Even if I never get to it, the actual tools are familiar to me and useful for quilting. So, if you know what you're doing, I think this kit will be helpful, but at this point I have no idea what else is needed to get the job done. There must be more materials needed.One definite negative is the organizer bag is too small to hold everything enclosed. Even if you just put the tools and thread spools in the bag, it doesn't want to close. In order to store everything together I put everything back in the box the way it came with the organizer bag empty and folded up since it was too long to put in the box with anything in it.
