We just wasted money. Since we did not put new cartridge inside and waited till the old one would be fully depleted and then return time left. Printer simply recognised chips as already used and rejected it. Now we are proud owners of non working cartridges

Note that only one of the two cartridges have a chip, you need to transfer it to the other one when replacing it, so don't throw it away! Quality wise, so far so good product is working great :)

Slid in and the printer immediately recognized it as a non-HP cartridge, but accepted it and set it at100%. Printed a test status page and everything was good.Couldn’t ask for better!

Finally, ordered 3 toners and finally got one that worked. Description was correct, was not misleading. Chip is included.
