1) Packaging is terrible. Arrived in a flimsy bag and the carrying case is crunchy, thin plastic, similar to a grocery store produce bag - will never last in travel.2) Pillow DOES NOT auto inflate. You can see in this photo, compared to 2 competitors after 1 hour of inflation time. Flat as a pancake.3) No instructions. I followed the instructions for a competitor (Smart Travel - much better) that inflated within seconds. This pillow never budged from FLAT.4) Return policy sucks. Even though it was shipped in a plastic bag, the seller requires boxed return with printed label. So even though Amazon & the seller saved money by shipping in a bag, I’ve got to find a box to ship it in. Too bad my only box is large. 🤷🏻♂️

Pros:- Comfortable- Reasonably pricedCons:- Foam inside makes it take up more room, but doesn't actually seem to add comfort- Don't see a use for the straps, they get in the way- Inflate by mouth, a self-inflate valve would be very nice; don't want to have to clean this

Product is nice size, easily adjusted by the amount of air you put in. Easy to inflate, loosen cap and blow. Great for lumbar support yes recommend

This pillow exterior feels really nice. It feels like a smooth fabric so it feels nice on bare skin.The pillow arrived fully deflated, rolled up with an elastic band to hold it, inside of a fabric bag with a pull cord to store it in.From the 4 steps on the Amazon image I really thought it would self inflate.When I initially removed it from the bag and took off the elastic band I thought I could open valve and it would puff up by itself. I watched it for at least 5 minutes and it did nothing. I have never had any thing that self inflated so I was really disappointed.The pillow has some soft but clumpy material inside of the pillow. I tried redistributing the clumpy stuff but it did not help with inflation.I ended up blowing up the pillow and was able to achieve a comfortable pillow. I doubt the filling is providing anything towards comfort when the pillow is blown up.I am not sure the nylon belt material will ever be used by me to either wear are attach to a chair. At this time it is a bit of an annoyance to have the hard buckle to avoid.So far the pillow is working alright for me.It does compress to a small enough size that I would take it on a trip and I think it will be worth taking for the additional comfort it will provide. However, if they did not have the potentially useless filling in it, it would roll up to be even more compact.

and this one is the best one, by far. The other ones are lumpy + the casing material isn't as nice as this one. Plus, you can't beat the price of this one, for the quality. I was looking for a good replacement for my REI lumbar pillow, which I used for while driving for over 10 years - the seams just gave out + taping the edges just wouldn't hold. This pillow's the answer!
