I really, really wanted to love this. I've been looking for good down pillows ever since Bed Bath & Beyond went under and Wamsutta down pillows can no longer be found. The feathers are soft, as advertised, and the fill seems correct. However the pillow is unpleasant to sleep with because the feathers were not adequately cleaned and it has a not quite overpowering but definitely not subtle smell of live poultry. I'm very disappointed about that.

After researching down feather pillows, I decided on the Lincove 100% Cotton White Canadian Goose Down Signature pillows because Canadian Goose Down is considered the best. I also wanted 100% cotton covers so I could avoid any negative affects from synthetic materials like polyester. These pillows from Lincove fit my criteria. They do cost more than regular pillows but considering that good sleep is vital to our health and typically people spend 1/3 of their lives asleep, I felt like they were well worth it. So I bought two as a gift to myself.Bonus!! I didn’t realize until after I opened them that they are also oEKO-TEX tested, which means they have been tested to ensure there are no harmful substances in them!The pillows arrived beautifully packaged! The box arrived in great condition. When I carefully opened the box, I saw that the pillows were thoughtfully wrapped in a sheet of tissue which made it feel even more like a present, which it was for me. A sticker with Lincove’s customer service number was on the tissue. It said if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact them directly and they listed their phone number. Each pillow was also in its own non-plastic, white zippered dust cover with soft, white rope handles.These pillows are really thick (~9.5” thick) and firm, yet soft. I realized after I had received them that I had accidentally purchased the firm pillows instead of the medium or soft ones.Instead of simply clicking the exchange button on Amazon, I decided to call Lincove’s customer service directly, per their request on the sticker that was on the tissue, because I found out that when you return or exchange some items to Amazon, they don’t necessarily get sent back to the company to be resold as new, but in bundles as used, so I wanted to be considerate of this company, especially since it was my mistake.Lincove has excellent customer service! Christine at Lincove Customer Service was very polite and very helpful. She went above and beyond my expectations! I am extremely happy that I called them directly!I absolutely LOVE these pillows! They are the finest quality 100% cotton White Canadian Goose Down pillows I could find and I know I’ll be enjoying them for years to come.Thank you SO much Lincove for making these fabulous pillows and for having exceptional Customer Service! 😃♥️♥️♥️🍓

We only sleep on Down pillows which are always expensive. We have paid as much as $400.00 per pillow. Unfortunately, they don't last forever, even with excellent care and daily re-fluffing to relieve compaction.That is why we were pleased to find these well priced, very fully filled, delightfully firm pillowsWe highly recommend Lincove pillows, they are expensive and luxurious, but we spend 1/3 of our lives in bed. Why not be comfortable?We chose the densest fill as we are side sleepers. The loft is so persistent that daily maintenance is a dream. A modest shake EVERY day will keep your investment pillows in great condition. Needless to say, these are pillows for people who appreciate the importance of caring for them on a daily basis. I suspect that these will last for longer than I am likely to live! ( I'm 75)

It's hard for a company to live up to expectations when they're selling you a ~$200 pillow. Well, Lincove has succeeded in doing just that. I've purchased three of these pillows already, since everyone I seem to tell, either goes out and buys one, or asks me to purchase one for them. (Yes, they do still pay for the pillow even when I order it for them.)I've researched down pillows (real goose down, and as close to 100% goose down stuffing as I could find, (not feather, not duck)) for a long, long time. I finally settled on this 100% Canadian Down Filled Signature Pillow by Lincove and placed it on my wish list over 9 months ago. In all of that time, I have not found another pillow that compared in both quality and price.I finally purchased this pillow last month and could not be happier! It is certainly worth the price to me. It has given me some of the best quality sleep that I've had since I was a kid.My head is very sensitive to any amount of pressure and I am prone to headaches when lying on anything other than one (or two) of my three down pillows that I've had for almost 20 years. After 20 years my old pillows were flat and offered no support whatsoever.I was very surprised with the amount of support and the loft that my new Lincove Signature Pillow provided. All without sacrificing that wonderful, floating on a cloud-like feeling, that is so hard to find.These pillows are so soft and comfortable. They're filled with a generous amount of 100% Heterite Canadian goose down and wrapped in a quality cover. They are never vacuum-sealed; and even shipped in durable bags inside of an over-sized box so the pillow is fluffy and ready to use as soon as you get it.As nice as these pillows are, the very best part is the company who makes them. I've spoken with the sellers numerous times for questions or information and they are extremely kind and helpful people. They genuinely care about the quality of the products they make and the satisfaction of their customers. Believe me, they are very easy to deal with, and if you're not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, they'll fix it, even if it means refunding your purchase. So you really have nothing to lose.
