This is a great support for my arm and I love how small but functional it is. The support adjusts enough to allow plenty of movement, and it doesn't take up any extra space on my desk. I don't work in an office but if I did, this would've been a must-have for me!

I have a sit/stand desk and I noticed that when I’m standing up, the edges hurt my elbows and arms. I also noticed that sometimes my hand will start to go numb when I’m working for longer periods of time. When I first came across this, I knew I had to try it out, and after about a week of using it I can definitely say this thing does wonders!! I love that it isn’t at a fixed angle so it will always adjust with you as you move around, and it even lays nice and flat for when I’m standing up and resting my elbow on the desk. It has also completely got rid of the numbness issue too! I actually think it looks kinda cool on the desk too!

I stumbled on this arm rest and now wonder how I ever lived without it. It extends the length of arm rest so your arm isn't hanging off the side of your desk. I had no idea something like this existed.
