I bought these fans for my first PC build, since my case supports two 140mm fans at the top. First thing I noticed was that the fans were packaged together in plastic wrap, so they aren't necessarily "safe" from shipping mishaps. However, they did come intact and function 100%. They also come with 2 sets of mounting screws.The rating is based off overall performance, as I find these fans to be a little noisy. There's no rubber supports on the corners so lighten the sound, so there is a lot of vibration coming off the top of my case. I don't notice it a lot, since I wear headphones mostly. They'll work until I decide to invest in some better quality fans.

08/10/2019: I got these for exhaust fans at the top of my tower. Easy enough to install and it does what it's meant to...at least so far. But then again I've only had them for a day.

I needed a set of 140mm fans for my case that did not draw a lot of attention for a humble gaming build. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money buy I needed something quiet and reliable. These came with the screws needed and look great tucked away in my rig.UPDATE. The fans respond well to adjustable speeds. They are very quiet, even at 100%. I ordered another pair as I needed one more for the roof. I’ll have an extra on hand. I’ll admit, they don’t pump out an extravagant amount of cfm’s but low noise is more important to me than high dollar, high cfm. I have no regrets. Great fan and amazing price.
