The missing secret ingredient to homemade pizza was this pizza pan. These pictures are from my very first homemade pizza using this pan. Wow, what a difference from my previous attempts.I made my dough using a bread maker, spread it out onto this pan (still working on that), baked for a few minutes to set it, added sauce and topping, then finished baking. Fantastic results.This is my first homemade pizza that actually turned out round. The crust cooked appropriately on the bottom to support the pizza and was finally thin. I know I will only get even better with practice.Most importantly, this 13” pan fits in my countertop oven.5 stars and great brand. I also have their magnetic measuring spoons which are equally impressive.

I really like these, so far I have used them for a few months and they are easy to clean and nothing sticks to them. The sloping sides allow them to nest and store like one pan. I haven't noticed any odd odors, and they don't have any scratches. I like the larger holes because it makes the crust crispier.The bottom is 11-3/4" across so it doesn't quite hold some 12" frozen pizzas. Then you realize that this allows the heat to penetrate up and thaw the pizza faster and let it drop down. I also do my own dough and it handles that fine as well.

Great pan for dough crust pizzas. Sturdy and easy to clean.Not as good for cauliflower crust pizzas. When baked at the recommended temperature and time, the crust comes out soft and almost limp. I plan to try different times and temperatures to see if I can get crisp cauliflower crusts without burning the toppings.

Pizza pans are nonstick which is great when working with sticky pizza dough. They cleaned up exceptionally well. The large ventilation holes allow the crust to cook thoroughly giving the pizza a nice crispy crust. Would highly recommend.

This 13” fits fine in a Breville Smart Oven Pro. Only used a few times but it crisped breads and reheated items well. Looking forward to trying flatbreads and pizzas on it.I’m pleased so far.For some reason I thought it was not made in China but it is.
