Was pre-charged and ready to go. Has correct voltage and capacity as described. No noticeable issues.

Linda, who is my Eufy 11s vacuum needed a new battery. This was an exact replacement and she is now back to aimlessly wandering while she cleans. I would recommend this battery!

I thought my Eufy vacuum was dead, but this new battery brought it back to life. It saved me money since I didn’t have to buy a new vacuum. The installation was easy. All I had to do was remove two screws, disconnect the old battery, and put the new one in. Once I put the screws back in, it worked right away. The vacuum charges just fine, and I haven’t noticed any difference between the old and new battery. A+!

I have several robo vacs, but after a while they don't really work anymore. This particular one just stopped taking a charge one day - and after a bit of troubleshooting, I determined the battery had gone bad.This battery has slightly more capacity than my original battery had - but it specifically mentioned the model I had - so I took a chance. I'm very glad I did. When I put the battery in it powered up right away. It was also fairly well charged - although I did leave it on the charger to get up to full strength. When it was not charging anymore, I sent it on a cycle around the house and it did much better than it did before I had changed the battery (even before the battery was absolutely not taking a charge anymore). My wife thought it was working like it did when it was new.I've very happy. This was a good purchase.
