I would not want to do a lot of repetitive plugging and removing over years time due to concern for sturdiness of case and ports.Quality:REALLY nice to have a 120/220 built in power supply, no brick needed or wall wart needed!Casework is lightweight plastic but attractively embossed top.Since heat is the killer of chips, I have installed a windows fan control app and manually run the fan at 55% and I cannot hear any fan noise.Expandability:I added a second CRUCIAL brand NVME SSD 1tb ram chip. It installed fine however the EQ-14's integrated NVME heat sink which is part of the mounting in the EQ14 does not seem to fit well onto the add-on NVME chip - the conductive "mats" on the heat sink don't touch the chip. I fear this may cause the second NVME to overheat and fail, and with the integrated heat sink there seems no way to install a sink specifically to fit the add on second chip. So we will see.Support:BEELINK HAS BEEN GREAT! I screwed up when adding the second NVME and formatted the supplied NVME disk and wiped out the Win 11 image! I had to download a new image from microsoft and install, but of course they do not supply an activation key with the public Win 11 image. I contacted BEELINK support and they IMMEDIATELY provided me with a Win 11 activation key for my mini pc serial number! GREAT SUPPORT!

I bought this as an HTPC for my living room. It's much smaller, quieter and faster than the last one. For the price it can't be beat. If you use a wireless keyboard and mouse with it you may need a small usb extension cable for the Bluetooth receiver. The built in Bluetooth is so close to the usb ports (because the case is so small) that the signal can cause some interference and the mouse will behave erratically. Disabling the built in Bluetooth won't help because that's just a software switch, the module is still powered from the motherboard.

So once it was time for a new PC, I decided to purchase this product.I am very happy with my purchase. A mini PC, such as the BeeLink U59, is much cheaper than a traditional desktop PC. But provided you are only using your PC for browsing the internet, streaming, word processing and spreadsheets, this is all you need. A mini PC won't be much good for gaming, but can run some games that don't have demanding graphics. But forget about it for Triple A games with 3D graphics.But again, if you are only using your PC for internet, streaming, word processing and spreadsheets this is the perfect product. It gives you all you need and does not charge you for features you won't be using.Another advantage of a mini PC is that is does not take up much space. It also runs quietly.The only gripe I have with this product is that the cooling fan is at the bottom of the unit. Meaning if you need to access the fan to clean it, you need to remove various internal components such as the motherboard, SSD and network card.Pros:-Cheap-Compact-Runs quietly-Perfect for users who only use a PC for internet, streaming, word processing and spreadsheetsCons:-Not good for gaming-The cooling fan is located at the bottom of the unit (thus is hard to access to clean)Overall this is the perfect product for those who only use a computer for the internet, streaming, word processing and spreadsheets.

I added extra memory and replaced the M2 SATA SSD with a old 2.5inch SSD (based on reliability claims from other users). You can find the Win10/11 installation package on Beelink forum. Ubuntu 22.04.1 works without any special driver. The new Celeron N5105 works great. Surfing internet or youtube you will not see difference between this one and a gen10 i3 laptop. Video transcoding works great with software that support intel quick sync. You can barely hear the fan even when it is running at max speed.
