Compruebe la posición del tanque del inodoro y la tapa:
1. Confirme que el tanque del inodoro y el recipiente están nivelados. Ajuste los tornillos del tanque según sea necesario.
2. Confirme que la cubierta está colocada correctamente en el tanque y/o la cubierta está colocada hacia la parte posterior del tanque.

I will say it's well made. The wood feels solid, the screws have kept the seat tight, but was shipped with plastic screws that were too long for this toilet. I had to re-use my old plastic screws, but I'm not dissatisfied. And speaking of things that are too long, this style (with the open front) has proven useful for someone who didn't want penile contact with a potentially infectious surface on the other type of (closed front) toilet seat.

I believe these are discontinued. It figures because every time I find a great item, they decide to 'downgrade' the next one that they claim is an upgrade, so I bought another just now for a back up. These are very hard to find and I have yet to call Bemis if they have this same shape with a different model tag.Not sure why this company takes so long for shipping, but it was worth the wait because, like I said, these are few and far between now. It looks like Walmart are the only other company that has these. They must have the leftovers, I guess.

THE PRODUCT IS EXCEPTIONALLY of GOOD QUALITY ( made of wood), paint lacquer well done!One unit the cover was slightly dented due to the fact amazon repacked them together in one box.I can live with it.Thank You,Alex

This is just what I needed! My previous seat had no opening at the front which made it impossible for a Male to do number 2 without scooting to the very back to get everything in or get it pinched, this in turn made him leave poop on the seat. This was the solution, now no clean up!
