El asiento y medidas son fieles a las fotos mostradas, el material de madera hace que sentarse se sienta firme y un súper plus que tiene esta tapa es lo fácil que se desacopla para poder limpiar la zona donde se “atornilla” el asiento.

Replaced five toilet seats for toilets that were built in the 90's. It was really hard to find a seat that not only fit the modern style, but that was reasonably priced as well. This seat almost fits, it is off by 1/2 an inch, but for the price, we were willing to overlook that little extra edge hanging on either side of the bowl.The seat is solid, sturdy. It won't bend underneath you. But because it is not molded plastic, the paint finish will eventually wear and maybe stain. If you keep a clean bathroom, this won't be too much of a problem. But truthfully, we'd rather deal with that than with a flimsy seat that flexes too much.This seat is easy to install, super easy. It took me less than one hour to switch out five seats. The best part is that the seat is easily removed for a deep cleaning of the bowl, if ever needed. It literally would take less than a minute to remove, no tools necessary.The snapping into the the anchors was a bit unnerving the first time, because it did require a bit of force, but it was pretty simple.Easily one of the simpler and quicker home repairs. Great seat.

Muy buena calidad y por tanto durabilidad. Tuve que pornerle una goma para que no se azotara, fuera de eso sin queja alguna.

Glad I made this purchase. Installed the toilet seat in 15 minutes and the instructions were easy to follow. The seat is solid and fits the toilet perfectly. Love it that the seat can be released easily for cleaning. Only wish I had spent a few more dollars and bought the soft close toilet cover version of this model.

My old BEMIS FITTED. I ordered a replacement seat as the slow close had broken in my old one after 7 months. The product arrived weeks after I ordered and is to small to put on existing holes! Mayfair does not fit original uk toilet seat. Picture shows size differences ( old at the from new at the back) waste of my time and money
