Initially I was unimpressed. It took me about 2 months to finally get everything syncing and optimally functional. At first on my Pixel 7 phone, the Edenic app, (which is free, btw), would add my device, yet would not sync any data. It would also show an error each time saying no device added, even though the previous time it showed my device was added successfully. I went through this at least 8-10 times, before finally contacting customer service. While waiting for their help, I had to replace my old phone with a Pixel 9pro, causing the app to just spin each time I tried to open it on my new device. While they took several days to get back with me, once they had, they stayed in touch, expediently responding to each of my messages with helpful & easy to understand instructions for what to do next. I still don't know what was wrong when I couldn't connect properly, but I couldn't say if it was the fault of this device; or my old phone; or me, but it works great now. These testers get wonky so quickly. They rarely last a year, in my experience. I have high hopes for this one that it will be the last one I have to purchase. It's waterproof, which makes everything much simpler, and the sensor, the most common reason for frequent replacing, is replaceable. I'm thrilled I'll be able to just buy a replacement sensor vs an entire meter. The lid has a little space in the lid for securely storing the probe in solution. That's one of my favorite things about this meter. I was using so much solution before, having to fill the entire cap 2/3 full, after each time using the meter. This cap only requires a few drops, just enough to protect & store the sensor.I have been using this for a few months to measure ph & nutrient levels of my plant's food/water & runoff. This meter really helped make the process much easier and gave me better peace of mind that the results were pretty accurate. It also reminds you to recalibrate when necessary, which is also brilliant and helpful. The bud from my plant will be cured and ready in a couple months or so. I'll update this as to how it turns out. This device is worth the money if you're growing bud or anything requiring you keep track of ph & ppm/ec. I'm quite happy with it since it's been functioning properly.

Although it saves a lot of time to have the data collected instantly in the app, it still feels like the price point is excessive... It seems to read very accurate and its easy to navigate the app for all your necessary data needs. Tracing is necessary in some industries in northern california....so this is appreciated.

Received product used and it would not work. The pH probe cap had some sort of goo / sludge where the electrode rests. Screen came scuffed and had warning that ‘probe should be replaced’ the moment I turned it on. The app would abruptly close every time I tried to calibrate which would read FAIL every time. Ive used bluelab products for 15 years and have never been this disappointed. Not sure if it’s their fault or the seller here. Providing photos.
