If I could leave negative stars, I would this is the most terrible product only had a few months and the rain got into the lock somehow and it's not working now. I tried to get a return and they would not refund me or exchange the lock. This is a terrible Vendor do not purchase. They are awful to deal with and we have wasted my time and my money.

Very impressive and does way more then expected. Don't understand how to add users to the Bluetooth. 3 other people couldn't figure it out either. I'm sure there's a way but it's very confusing and the instructions found in the help menus don't help at all. Other then that we love it...sooo happy with this lock and the cards are a major time saver. Highly recommend when you have multiple people that need access like the gate we're using it on. Look no further.

Great job. I needed to padlock an outside building. This has been awesome. I like the combination options. We access the building frequently, but I wanted something easy to use. This has been fantastic. It s easy to open and seems to be a very sturdy lock. Zero concerns here.

A very unique and well-built padlock which is easy to unlock with simply tapping the card over the middle of the number pad while also having other ways of unlocking it like using the number pad with the code I set in the application, unlocking it from the app, or just simply using the key. Getting it set up through the eSmartLock app was easy, and so was setting the code to unlock it. One thing to know is once you input the code, you have to press the key symbol on the number pad to unlock it. This padlock basically prevents you from ever not being able to unlock it with the amount of ways you can unlock it, which I really appreciate. If I ever lose the key, I can use the card. If I lose the card, I can use the code. And if I forget the code, I can unlock it from the app. It also lights up in green which makes it super easy to get unlocked in the dark. This padlock has everything and I am glad I have such a lock which I can use on my storage locker.
