Fantastic. Made my life so much easier. Initially I had a bit of a problem with my mac but none with my windows connection. Emailed support about it an got an immediate reply. However, in the meantime, a reboot fixed the issue. Was totally surprised with the unexpected reply. Have been using the product for 2 weeks without an issue. I don't use the remote, so can't comment more than saying it works!

*update*It's been a few months. Amazon sent me a replacement set. The remote works, and all was good for a while. Now I'm having issues. My set up is two laptops, one desktop, one monitor/mouse/keyboard. The desktop is maybe 6 years old, one laptop maybe 2 and the other I've had a few months. Both laptops are employer issued. The new laptop does not reconnect after a restart unless I go to one of the other computers and then switch back. On my desktop, everything is good until I try to watch a streaming video, and then I get a green screen. If I unplug the monitor and plug it back in (or just turn the switch of and on) then it's good for the rest of the day. I haven't tried starting another video the same day, but the next day I get the green screen again when playing a video. One of my laptops, I also access a virtual desktop. Today it froze up multiple time going between the virtual desktop and the laptop's desktop. Basically, this thing likely doesn't have EDID and it has a real hard time switching consistently.*original review*The connections work great, but the remote worked for exactly one rotation through my computers. It's totally dead. It's not the extension. I aimed the remote directly at the box and it still did not respond. I picked this one because of my limited desk space so I would not have to have the box with all the cables at arm's length. This sucks. Just got done setting everything up and now I might have to undo the whole setup.One other note - be aware you need to supply your own HDMI cables.
