It was bought as a last minute work computer when mine died right before we were to leave (we run a commercial tender boat in Alaska) and it would cost too much & take too long to get it fixed. Didn't want to spend more than $300 and I had to have a touch screen for work, this fit the bill perfectly! Now my expensive computer can be solely for personal use. I love that I can charge it with usb-c which means quicker charge time! Being able to flip the screen all the way back turning it into a tablet is kind of cool too, I'm looking forward to testing it out at work when it slows down a little.

This little thing is a monster compared to my old HP 12 years laptop.It works great and all diagnostic test has been done and it passed.The battery would be nice if it lasted longer.This little notebook eats up 65w of power like my 17 inch one.It does have 16gb (32gb tops) of ram but not 3200Mhz because the processor doesn't allow more the 2444Mhz.It does have 4 cores and 8 threads.I needed this notebook for my photography and astrophotography hobby and with a good external HDD I can store all my pictures.This was a great buy although... here is the but.... it was made and sold to someone in Australia on Sept 22 2020. It is a 4 years old laptop and it doesn't have warranty, only the 90 days amazon give and if you get an extended warranty. I build computers so if something goes wrong I just buy the parts but for some of you, the extended warranty is needed big time.

The computer I received looked like it was new. Also, it came with a battery which lasts for several hours. That being said, my only regret was not ordering a 512GB SSD, which was available at the time I ordered the machine, instead of the 256GB drive. Nevertheless, for everyday use it is a great computer.

I'm very displeased with the scratch/blemish cover-up job with cheap black decals to hide what's going on underneath. This computer was advertised as "excellent condition" which means according to Amazon refurbish policy it's ok to have some visible scratches at least a foot away from eyesight, not slap on some cheap and poorly applied decals to hide whatever is on going on underneath. I don't want have my computer with these stickers peeling off a month later looking worse than a few small scratches. This could be a grade B or C condition laptop under that for all I know. As you can see in the photos the corners are already peeling, the wrist rest has a decal, the left/right mouse pad has decals and of course air bubbles on the back of the laptop indicating a cheap material used to cover-up to pass as "excellent condition". This is misleading and unacceptable. The computer itself works fine but I can't accept this as passable. Beware before you buy!!! Make sure you aren't getting a decal laptop!!

La computadora muy bonita y todo lo q me ofrecieron pero con respecto a la batería muy poquito le dura la carga...
