This is my second Delongi Cappuccino machine and I continue to be impressed with the quality of the machine and the product produced from it. This great quality at a reasonable cost is just great. I was able to secure an open box machine via Amazon at quite a reduced cost. It was brand new with the original protective skin still on it.

I don’t know why I didn’t get this sooner! We bought a refurbished one, and it has been amazing! This is the only coffee I have ever been able to drink black. It’s so smooth, and the crema on top is delicious. There are times when the beans get jammed a little, but we just have a small spoon on the top of the machine to push the beans down into the grinder when need be. Not enough of a problem to warrant a lesser star. Make sure to keep it clean when the cleaning light turns on, and you and machine will both be happy. I will admit- it asks you to descale it I think too often (we do drink A LOT of coffee though) so I’ve been doing a full rinse cycle one time, and then the full descaling the next. Seems to work well. We do use the filters in it, and sometimes use filtered water and sometimes not.

The best expresso maker in the market.I’ve had years of experience with Expresso machines and this one is the best. Never a problem and easy to use and clean. Makes espresso and all of your favorite coffee drinks quickly and effortlessly. I highly recommend this and remember you pay for what you get. Picked this one up refurbished and saved a couple of hundred bucks. Real quality and Italian ingenuity. Excellent product.

I love this coffee maker! It's easy to load with beans (just drop the beans into the top reservoir) and the water reservoir is easy to access on the side- I have to refill it about every two days (theres two of us and we each make at least 2 cups of coffee each per day). I don't find the water reservoir too small. There is also a great feature that you can bypass the bean grinder and use pre-ground coffee a separate chute on the top. you just have to spin the dial on the front to the left to set it to pre-ground coffee and then use the 1 cup size button. It has 4 size options- single and double shot espresso, small and large coffee. I like that you can make a cup of coffee and then with the hit of a button add a shot of espresso to the cup of coffee. there is a frother wand thing for cappuccino but I don't use it often due to my personal preference.I used to use single serve pod coffee maker but was feeling wasteful and wanted to reduce the garbage our household created. I haven't looked back since setting this thing up!

Love the coffee it brews. Super easy to clean and use. The espresso is wonderful. The steamer is a great feature I never thought I would use....but do say frequently. Only complaint is I often have to stir the coffee beans around so that they get funneled into the grinder and to ensure a good, consistent coffee and espresso.
