For American coffee, you simply place the filter in the designated slot and choose between Classic Mode or Rich Mode. You can brew various quantities, from 8 oz or 10 oz for a small cup to a full 37.55 oz carafe. I personally love the Rich Mode, which provides a smaller amount of coffee with a bolder flavor.On the espresso side, you can use nespresso capsules, which I find incredibly convenient because I enjoy both styles of coffee. The machine lets you choose between a standard espresso, lungo (a longer coffee), or even espresso over ice. My go-to is the lungo because I prefer a longer coffee.The machine also includes a delay brew feature, allowing you to program your coffee to start brewing at a later time—perfect if you want your coffee ready when you wake up.The water tank is spacious, holding enough for multiple espresso shots or several servings of American coffee, depending on the quantity you brew. Another feature I appreciate is the frothing attachment, which lets you create frothy milk for cappuccinos or lattes. Additionally, the adjustable cup platform accommodates different cup sizes, and the capsule disposal bin is large enough that I only empty it every two weeks or so.There’s even a button to warm your American coffee, and if you’re in a rush, you can pause brewing to pour a quick cup without spilling.Overall, I really like this machine for its versatility—it gives me the option to brew both espresso capsules and traditional American coffee, all in one compact system. I replaced my very first Ninja Coffee make with this one and I love it! I am currently not a fan of the Nepresso part though. Not because of operation but because the recommended brand to use "Nepresso", is very expensive and not really anything to brag about. I have favorite coffee brand abs it's better than Nepresso. I will try other brands once it's all gone.The frother is really good and it froths your milk or cream in seconds nice and foamy. The way it brews coffee, my voice tastes really fresh, flavorable and preserved. There's several cup, travel cup and kureg size options as well.

This machine does it all! Whether I’m in the mood for a strong espresso, a creamy latte, or just a regular cup of coffee, the Ninja handles it like a pro. Super easy to use, heats up quickly, and makes every cup taste amazing.

You know those notes that companies put in their packaging to encourage us not to return the item, but to contact them first? Here's how that's going.I purchased the Ninja Espresso & Coffee Maker & Barista System on 3/6/25 and it was received the next day (good job Amazon!)I followed the instructions on how to begin using the device, and unfortunately, immediately noticed a leak under the unit. I later found that when the water tank was attached, it would leak. Regardless of whether the unit was on or off - if the tank had water in it and was attached, it would begin leaking.My first thought was return it to Amazon .. but then I thought, you know .. I really like this machine. It makes a good cup .. and I've heard that Ninja's customer service is good, so I'll call the toll free number to get that process going.Customer service was quick and friendly and told me I'd be receiving an email with a FedEx label for returning my leaky unit. A day or two later, the email arrived and I sent it on it's way. That was on 3/19/25. It arrived in CA on 3/27/25.On the initial customer service call, I was told that once my unit had been received, they would be shipping out a new one.On 3/28/25 and after I saw that the package had arrived, I called customer support (who again was very nice) and I asked them to please check on the status of the order, as I'd not seen any updates on their website. The rep I spoke to put me on hold a few times but came back and said they'd spoken to a manager and would expedite the order.It is now 10 days after that contact, and I've still not received my coffee maker or seen an update on the order.It's this kind of 'dropping the ball' that makes people not want to deal with going through customer service .. but just sending it back to Amazon, which I could've easily done.So, if you're looking for a good coffee maker and want to try the Shark Ninja products, be forewarned you may get a leaky coffee maker. And if you do, I cannot recommend that you contact Ninja customer service, but just return it to Amazon - and please note the defect so that it does not enter the market again and cause someone else the frustration.

Es un muy buen producto, no es difícil de utilizar, hay que leer los instructivos eso sí, y es excelente si te gusta el café con base espresso. Estéticamente es muy bonita, en un buen espacio decorado y planeado luce demasiado hermosa. La recomiendo

Es buen producto la única queja es que en ocasiones no da la jarra completa de café y hay que ajustarla varias veces, la quería regresar por eso pero empezó con ese problema ya pasados los 30 días. Hace buen café ya sea molido o en pods.

Muy rápida aunque hay que acostumbrarse al uso por onza y no por taza, muy útil al tener cafetera normal y de cápsula con su espumeador

This is a really cool coffee machine. Very convenient to be able to make a carafe of coffee or make espresso. It can let you make the coffee at different strengths which is a nice feature and also the espresso at different strengths. The first time I used it I used Alex organic coffee and the taste was amazing. It was like the perfect temperature. It doesn't burn the beans. For espresso it does lungo and even over ice option! The frother works really well and I've had success using almond milk. Nice thick froth. The ability during the regular coffee mode to use the open and close feature to stop the flow of coffee is really helpful. Either you're seeing your cup overflowing because maybe you put too many ounces or you just want to stop it for any reason and all you have to do is push that lever. How convenient is that? It's a wonderful machine and works very well. It seems easy to clean too and comes with excellent and clear instructions. I absolutely love this machine and it's also eye appealing. Other features like a basket to collect the pods and a cup tray that can move around for the espresso different size cups or on the carafe side a little pull down tray for the cups is very neat. You will love this machine. I decided to get the bundle with the Alchemy pods that allow you to use your own coffee, and also the Rosso Caffe box reserve edition is excellent! Try it! It's delicious if you like espresso! Highly recommend.
