I am a huge Denon fan. I have a AVR3300 and a AVR3800 that I have had for nearly 20 years.This unit has great function and again is very universal. I just was not satisfied with the sound she produced at all. I felt It literally sucked the life out of my Turn table.

Tenia el DENON DRA800 e hice el upgrade hacia este por las entradas de HDMI que ya soportan hasta 8K60Hz por mis consolas, en cuestión de audio no escucho diferencia honestamente entre este y el 800, sin embargo NO DEJA DE SER UN EXCELENTE EQUIPO.

I replaced my 40-year-old vintage stereo receiver with this new Denon. I have been a Denon user for decades, and have always been happy with the quality of their components. I searched for a stereo receiver that had a built-in tuner, phono inputs, A or B speaker options and enough inputs to handle my other vintage components. It perfectly fits the bill other than not having any tape line output and no longer having any switched AC outlets. However, this is minor compared to the audio quality and ease of use. I love the remote where I can switch inputs and control volume from across the room. The tuner section has great reception, something that was important. It drives my Definitive Technology speakers with headroom to spare. I highly recommend this if you are looking for STEREO and not a surround sound amplifier.

The Denon DRA-900H 2.2 Ch. 8K Stereo Receiver is doing everything I had hopped it would do. Definitely worth the price I paid.

No television at your place? Then…Please read about setting up this 5 star unit before you buy.There isn’t a 45 page owners manual. You watch a video on your television or possibly you tube.Most people who buy this unit or any other similar piece of equipment, can hook up red to black and left, center and right, and A, B etc.If this is a muddle then simply use “Yelp” and find a local company that specializes in setting up home entertainment centers.I haven’t turned mine on yet. It looks great.

Powerful receiver with good DAC. The Denon app and HEOS app is easy to operate. This receiver replaced my old 14 year old Onkyo receiver. However, I wish there was more sound optimization options built into it.Tried to setup zone2 with separate inputs. But could not do it. Not enough clear steps in the manual.
