I was gifted the color Storm but really wanted the Pink one and I loved the car seat so much I decided the buy the pink one as my push present. This is my first baby and I’m back to work much earlier than expected so I’m constantly on the go putting her in and out of the car. This stroller has been Amazing! I’m very petite and it’s pretty light considering I’m only 106lbs! When I meet with my friends for our social distancing baby walks it’s funny to see them struggling having to pull apart their strollers, I just kick the wheels back and click her right in and wave BYEEEE!! Easy to wipe down and clean!Only down side is that the car seat very low and that’s that I’m only 5ft and all the additional accessories are expensive and no cup holder!!! Also DO NOT put too much weight on front of stroller it tips over fairly easy!!!

We bought this car seat and I didn’t notice until bringing our newborn home from the hospital that the chest clip was missing. I immediately emailed Doona about the issue and since then working with the manufacturer has been a nightmare!!After contacting the manufacturer about the missing chest clip they finally told me (after 4 days and sending them many many pictures) that I received a European car seat but a US base (they both came packaged together in the same box and I made sure I bought the US version of the car seat and base combo). I was in shock to find out I was unknowingly using a car seat combo that was not crash tested nor met US standards. It was at this point, Doona told me to contact the retailer that I bought this from through Amazon and they would have to replace the item. I was in shock that they left me to figure out seat replacement on my own with the retailer, especially considering the bizarre product combination I received.Finally, after a lot more back and forth with them and the retailer Doona agreed to send me a replacement. They also let me know there is a scam (that their retailers are unaware of) where people will buy the cheaper European car seat and then return it in the US and I was the victim of this type of scam.Anyways, I was happy to finally have a solution until Doona let me know they sent the replacement car seat via UPS GROUND! This now is leaving me without a safe car seat for a WEEK with a newborn baby (even after I explained to them this was the only car seat I had for transporting my newborn).I am disgusted with the Doona customer service, their lack of empathy for their customers, and help in finding a solution for a serious problem. After dealing with the company and getting an unsafe product I would not recommend this car seat to anyone.

So, we already had a Graco click connect car seat with 3 bases, which made me super hesitant to purchase a new car seat, especially at this price point, but let me tell you, it is so worth it! I hated taking my daughter anywhere because I didn't want to lug around her car seat from place to place. We had to go to the hospital everyday for two weeks straight to have her bili checked and this was a life saver! They also have wonderful customer service. After a few weeks we discovered a small tear in the canopy and reached out to Doona, they quickly responded and had a new one on the way. We only purchased one extra base, but this car seat is also very secure just using a seat belt. The maneuverability of this car seat is also great, it maneuvers over uneven surfaces very well and is easily pushed through grass. Our daughter loves being in this car seat. It is also much easier to put her in and take her out compared to other car seats. If you are on the fence, just buy it! You will not regret it.Edit:My babe is now 16 months and no where near either limit. I’m pretty sure we are going to make it to the 2 year mark with our doona. This car seat has absolutely been amazing. It’s made it so easy for my mom to pick her up from the sitter with how easy this car seat buckles in without the base. My daughter is currently 20 lbs and I still find it easy to carry. I’ve seen a lot of complaints about the weight; however, I lift it into our lifted denali and Tahoe easily. We will definitely be using Doona for any future babes.Edit #2:My daughter was in the Doona until she was two and she finally hit the height limit. We transitioned her to an all in one car seat. I purchased a new canopy and shoulder pads from the Doona website and we have been using it with our son, who is now 8 months old. He is a pretty average sized baby and may grow out of it a lot sooner than our daughter but he will definitely use it for over a year. Our two year old loves pushing it around when we are out and about. It kind of distracts her so she will not run off. We also use a Mockingbird stroller and just leave the Doona in the car sometimes. If we are blessed enough to have a third child we plan for them to all be two years apart, 4, 2, and newborn. We will definitely be using the Doona with any future children. By then it may be getting close to expiration so we would purchase another. By far the best baby purchase.

I have a fiat 500, and this carseat/stroller is seriously a lifesaver. I had another baby about 5 years ago and had to maneuver a car seat and detachable stroller combo. I always had to put a seat down... now with 2 kids, I can't but this seat easily makes the transition from infant carseat to stroller - and doing it with a 2 door... I am so happy and impressed. The expense was well worth it for me, since I believe this is my only option with a 4 year old and a 1 month old. It is fairly light (except when getting out of the hospital, I needed some help lifting it into my car because it was over 10 lbs- most carseats are). I love how compact the unit is... a rocker, carseat and stroller. It is so versatile that I wish they had it for toddlers too. The ride is really smooth and always puts my baby to sleep. Converting it is easy and I like that I can put the base in my husband's car and still strap the seat into mine without the base.In short, for my compact car, this was a lifesaver. No fussing with a separate attachment stroller and it saves time and space. Worth every penny for my family.

This is the first car seat carrier I have bought. I used a convertible car seat with my other two children because I get more use out of it. I never buy expensive baby products but I decided it was worth it if it would make my life easier as a working mom. I absolutely love my doona. I can easily move it in and out of my car without waking my baby. It makes dropping my baby off at daycare easier. I was worried about having to carry a baby or baby carrier while also making sure my 1 yr old doesn’t run off. I would see other parents struggle when dropping off multiple kids. The doona is low enough for my 1 year old to help push when dropping them off at day care. I don’t love the price but it was worth it for me because I use it everyday. I wouldn’t have needed it when I was a stay at home mom with my other two children. I also bought the snap on storage bag. It holds a lot more than I expected. I can fit my kiinde breastmilk storage box. I use it instead of a diaper bag.
