Got this for my parents so they didn’t have to climb a ladder to check levels in the cistern. The levels don’t stay updated. They filled it with water, but still showed low levels until a power cycle of the sender unit, which also needs to happen every time the power blips.Attempted to reach out to support but never received anything back. Complete waste of $60..Save your money!

Although my level gauge came with absolutely zero instructions I was able to find out online that it will only read a water level to 8 feet away from the sensor head making it useless for my 12 foot deep cistern.My gauge showed up in an envelope and was just flopping around in there on its 3200km trip from Texas to my house.I guess I should have also considered that it is likely that the sensor head will instantly fail as soon as I install it because the humidity in the tank will condense on it, and because it gets well below zero in both metric and imperial unit where I live the sensors will become obstructed due to frost.I may have just wasted a hundred bucks.On a side note every button push on the controller seems loud and unnecessary.

Luego de unos meses el sensor se lleno de Sarro imposible de quitar sin dañar los sensores y por ende manda señales erroneas a la pantalla

I bought these to measure my "tinaco" water tank for my house in Mexico, and the wireless just doesn't work for this purpose. I could pair them in the house when they are were only a few feet apart, but after putting the sensor in the tank and the receiver as close to the tank in the house as I could put it, they failed to connect. It doesn't tell you that it failed to reconnect either, just shows the last level displayed. My situation was probably the best case scenario as well, most houses have 4" (10cm) of concrete as a roof, but this portion of the house has only a very thin laminate skylight. Straight line distance was about 4 meters with only the laminate in the way. I eventually bought a cheaper wired and battery powered sensor.

En los primeros meses funcionó como lo establecido en la descripción del producto, pero después de unos 5 meses solo en la pantalla siempre da una lectura de lleno, y el tinaco vacío, y no veo la forma de devolverlo y generar la garantía.
