This was an easy replacement on my Ram 1500 (watching a YouTube video helped a lot and likely prevented me from breaking off a plastic tab on the tail light cover).The old bulb must have become very hot since the plastic connection looked scorched. However, this bulb plugged in easily and works just fine. I've saved the second bulb for the future when this one burns out or the other turn signal malfunctions.Regards, Mark
