The flapper for our Toto needed replacement, and I found a more structured part at the local hardware store...but it leaked, and so slowly I couldn't hear it..until the tank refilled. Aggh!So I bought these ' 2 in a package' visually identical to OEM, floppy and easily compliant. Problem solved! And if I can find it in a couple of years...I can replace the replacement. Brilliant!

Love this as a gift for my daughters kindergarten teacher! She thought it was so cute and the quality was amazing! It has a textured feel to it, not shiny smooth feeling which lets me know the graphics on it aren’t going to just rub off as sometimes happens with cheaper plastic mugs. Love it and would definitely order again.

El diseño está genial, el único detalle es que trae un rebaba en la parte donde va el empaque, tendré que quitarsela con cuidado. Sobre la entrega es un pésimo servicio, no quisieron entrar a dejar mi paquete en mi puerta, lo dejaron en la caseta de entrada, al guardia le dijeron que yo lo dije pero les mandé mensaje preguntando por qué no pasaban, en cuanto a entregas Amazon va empeorando cada día.

I'm always hesitant to buy replacement parts made by third parties, but the tech guy at Toto told me to buy this on Amazon because "it'll be cheaper and you'll get it faster." He was right. It's not a sophisticated part, but it works well for my Toto Drake toilet. I assume it was easy to install. I didn't install it. My building's handyman did it. It only took a few minutes. He didn't need instructions. Note: Toto has changed the replacement parts numbers, so don't rely on the label inside the lid. Call Toto tech and someone will give you the new part number.
