Have used on a pair of nordic ski gloves and a pair of boots. Exceptionally simple to apply with your fingers. Haven't had an opportunity to test the waterproofing capabilities, but I don't think it'll disappoint. The odor wasn't bad and it seemed to add some durability to the gloves, which take a ton of abuse. Very glad I discovered this product.

I have been using this on my leather work boots for years and it keeps them waterproof and flexible Its a great product. The larger size is a good value especially if you use it as much as I do

Oh man, I'm not sure what in the world I would do without Huberds! Absolutely wonderful product, super old school and when something works this well, why change or switch.Super easy to apply, really conditions the leather beautifully and water pretty much beads straight off.Terrific product, I would absolutely recommend this.

Nice product that will make your boots water repellent!!So easy to apply and it work!I put that on my work boots- work shoes work gloves! Even my everyday shoes !Only one thing it will darken the leatherLight gray become almost dark gray!But it protect and it work.Don’t need much!Give a good first coat thenLet dry after you put a second coat and you are good to go!After weeks …. Or when you feel the need you clean your boots or shoes and apply little coat

I only use this Huberd's and Obenauf's.Grease or Oil, on all my work boots and cowboy boots.The stuff is great for waterproofing, keeping 'em clean so you can beat 'em up, and for breaking in and treating the leather.It's got a bit of a pine tar smell, and it will darken the leather.I've got a number of pair of quality boots, Danner and Bates, and they see a lot of use and abuse, and this stuff gets 'em broken in quick, nice and supple, sometimes they darken up for just a spell, sometimes they get and stay darker, depends on what color you're starting with. Some of the Sand/Coyote boots got and stayed darker, some returned to out-of-the-box color. The darker boots, brown/wicker and black, well, they were dark to begin with.I'm tellin' ya, my boots look great and are in great shape. Even when they get beat up.Give it a try, I've got it on boots from $100 to $500 ... and I'm well pleased.
