The part was supposed to be new but it looked used and it was broken.

Swapped the internals over to this new case and it works as it should. The original key from the oem case even slides and locks in, I don't even need to have the one that came with the new case cut.

Very functional but the color comes off so I am looking for another replacement one year after.

This replacement is just like the original. The only difference is that it does not have the Toyota Logo on the back. Everything else is perfect.
