And yes, they do fit Kicker Comp C Subs. Easy to install. The reason there are no screws is because Kicker does not know if you need wood screws, or machine screws, and also how long do they need to be? etc. very understandable on their part.

I like the look, just wish it were metal and didn't crack so easily. The price is too high for cheap plastic. At least use hard, more durable plastic if you're going to charge this much!

These fit perfectly and protect the speakers. I hate to see speakers that are abused. But these are the bomb.

I was upgrading my OE sub and this will protect it and gave it a very nice look!
