Helped my fish tape do its job. Works as intended. I would however recommend to not use tape to keep it together as it provides too much friction, instead get a small vial of locktight thread sealant.

Difícil de conectar a ponta da “fish tape”. A peça de conexão com a “fish tape” é desproporcionalmemte bruta para o uso a que se destina .

I was unable to fish 4 conduits with cables already in them I was getting stopped at the last bend in the conduit approximately 80' along the conduit.Using this tool I was able to fish the 4 conduits that I could not fish with just the regular fish tape.

This is the kind of leader I used when I was a journeyman electrician (now retired.) It's great, not hard to install using a mini torch.

This Fish Tape Leader works Great and makes my 125ft Klein Tools 1/8" Steal Fish Tape work 10 time more effectively! Almost eliminates snags forward or back. Only thing I was initially concerned with was cutting off the end of my Fish Tape, making the small fold at the end, then and attaching this Leader..... but it was well worth it. at a glance, it didn't look like it was made to fit on to it, but it did and works great. I would just say - follow the instruction to attach it and once its' attached, tighten it firmly so it will never come loose.... Also you don't necessarily need to heat up the Fish Tape to break the end off or fold the tip.... if you keep bending back & forth the fish tape end (before the folded clip shape at the end) will eventually snap off and then you can use good strong pliers to bend, fold tightly at the end...
