Like many of us, I've used many nonstick pans over the years. This is probably my favorite nonstick frying pan so far. The greying bluish ceramic nonstick coating is beautiful. We spend hours of our lives cooking, so it's worth taking some pleasure in the tools and utensils we use. This pan feels good to cook with.

The day this arrived, I had a reason (excuse) to cook a cheeseburger for lunch :) This pan cooked the burger beautifully (heated quickly, nicely browned, no stick, evenly cooked, easy clean up). Sweet. My dog thought he’d died and gone to heaven.The pan is really solid. It’s sturdy without being heavy, and the foods I’ve cooked have so far glided off the ceramic coating with just a wipe of paper towel. I enjoy butter and tend to use it lovingly, but wouldn’t need to from a stick-to-the-pan standpoint. I’ve thrown all caution to the wind and have been placing this pan, gently, in my dishwasher. It comes out looking great, I’m just careful not to position it up against anything that will clank into it during the wash cycle.If my butter use is on the less healthy side, at least this pan is made without all of the toxic garbage that can leach into my food… and me. I like the healthy ceramic coating for this reason.The is a durable and high quality pan which is expected to last for many more burger dates with my pooch.
