I love this faucet! It works exactly as I expected and the water flow is great. Install was a breeze. Unfortunately, I did have some trouble with the handle after a few months of use, the set screw wasn't holding well so it kept coming off and as a result a piece of it broke where it attaches making it difficult to use properly. I contacted their customer support and even though it has been a few years since I purchased this (construction was delayed so didn't get it installed for a while), they quickly replied and offered to send a replacement handle free of charge (the new handle has a flat set screw instead of pointed which I think will prevent this from happening again). They then followed up multiple times to make sure everything was okay. Very pleased with my experience with customer service and with the faucet!! It's a very neat looking piece and compliments our new bathroom perfectly!

We had an issue with our waterfall faucet about a year and half after the install. Customer service heard my concerns and worked with me to replace the faucet. I appreciated their helpfulness and very kind words as we worked through the problem. Good company to work with!

We installed this faucet over two years ago. It was easy to install and works beautifully... a lovely waterfall splash into the bath! We had a small issue with the finish chipping off, and I contacted the seller. They were very, very, responsive, and despite the unit being well out of warranty, for a small shipping charge, they sent a replacement unit. Great communication and fast delivery. Highly recommend!

Love my new tub faucet! Beautifully designed! The customer service team went above and beyond when I could not figure out the circle piece that covers the hole. They were very patient with me and helped me figure out how to fix my issue! Buy from this company and you want be disappointed!

It was great but I was not able to use the small shower piece it was not a part there to connect to it I would love to order it for my 2nd bathroom ???Do you have the piece that it would work?
