Pression cartridge wasn't working properly for the cold side since I got the shower and i tought it was my water pump that was the problem. after a while the cold water stopped working completely. all my other water source in the bathroom are working, sink, bath and washer. the shower didn't even last me a year.. and now i don't know how to contact them

Shower appears to be good quality and sells at big box home improvement stores for more money. I think once I get everything fully installed I’ll be happy with it. Instructions in the box are horrible, but the videos posted here are decent and should be enough for most people to figure it out.The main issue I’ve had is the stainless steel adapters that connect the main faucet body to your home plumbing. I can not get these to stop leaking! I’ve tried the included sealant tape, standard PTFE tape (that is normally all I use), and even bought professional pipe dope. No matter how much I tighten and what sealant I use they leak on the 1/2” side that connects to the house plumbing. I’m going to see if I can find brass adapters to use instead because I’m pretty sure it’s the super fine threads on the stainless steel that are my problem.***Update***I was able to stop the leaking by using 10 wraps of PTFE tape, then covering that in pipe dope until you can’t see the white of the tape. I then tightened that down until no threads were visible outside of the brass fittings. FWIW I learned the method of using tape and pipe dope is standard practice for larger fittings (4” or greater) and wouldn’t have expected to need it for 1/2” fittings like these. That has been leak free for 72 hours now and I’m confident it will stay that way.
