Trash, both bulbs blowed within 2 days. Bought two bulbs, put in two different fixtures both failed.

Worked well until it didn't turn on any more. Had it on a timer to turn off at night, so normally only was turned on then off once per day in a ventilated fixture that was made for it and was not splashed or shaken. Expected it to last longer than that, or at least the 1.8 years it was stated to maintain its UVB output.

Don't let the title of my review fool you. If you put it out of the way where it can't be beaten up, I'm sure it works just fine. It's also kind of short and squat, so it fits neatly behind light covers without shining through.
