Showed up with dented and crinkled corner, I’ll try it because I know it’ll be a hassle to try to exchange it. Hopefully it works.Edit:it did work great. But still showed up dented in a non dented box meaning someone packaged this item like this. The seller didn’t reach out. 5 stars for performance. 1 star for a bad company.

I've owned several dehydrators over the years, of all different prices, shapes, and sizes--this is by far the best one I've owned yet. The first thing you notice is how much it holds--this is insane! You can fit so much in this, we've been buying stuff just to try to fill the trays, lol. It also circulates well enough that I can put different items in at the same time--the ones that dry faster I place on the bottom and the ones that require more time go on the top. It's very easy to use and the settings and temp controls are intuitive. One of the greatest things about this is how quiet it is. If I didn't turn it on myself I probably wouldn't know that it was on. I love the shape of the trays because I find the round trays limit how much you can add to them and the stackable trays mean you have to remember what's on which tray or disturb them all--this eliminates all of that. It dries well and relatively quickly, depending on what you're drying.

This dehydrator is huge. The operating instructions are easy to understand and the results are fantastic. We gave this to a neighbor who dehydrates and they have been absolutely in love with the dehydrator. We have another one that is smaller, and I really with we had room for this one, but we just couldn’t fit it anywhere in our small kitchen that worked for us.

This thing is fantastic! Easy to use, works perfectly, is easy to clean and, while large, still not so large it doesn't sit on the counter. I love being able to dehydrate so much at once.

This food dehydrator is a good combination of a small-ish form factor and large capacity. It would be good for small commercial operations (you could make enough jerky to keep a table at a farmer's market stocked), or for anyone with a garden, or who successfully hunts.Build quality seems good. It arrived in perfect condition due to the strong and well padded box. Assembly was just a matter of installing the handle. The package includes a throw-away screwdriver, a small instruction booklet, and a silicone finger-protector for grabbing hot trays out of the dehydrator.There is a nice latch to hold the door closed, a big window for viewing progress, and two recessed handles in the sides to make lifting the whole thing easier. The trays are a medium to fine stainless steel grid that will hold anything down to about a 1/3 inch (1cm) dice without needing any help. If you are trying to dry anything smaller than that you will need to work out liners or pans of some sort. The controls are basic and functional.With 14 trays, each of which is nearly a square foot in surface area, there is a lot of room for spreading out the food you are dehydrating. They claim 12 square feet of surface to dehydrate on and I think that's accurate considering that you can't put food all the way to the edge of the trays.Time and temperature settings seem reasonable. Most foods will easily dry in under 28 hours. It may not allow enough time for drying some items like plums or apricots but even there between the fan and heat settings I suspect 28 hours will get the job done. I just haven't had a chance to test that.Overall I think this is a reasonable middle ground between the small plastic dehydrators sold to people who want to try dehydrating, and large dehydrators that are often sold to avid hunters and others for processing large volumes of food. The footprint is small enough to have on a prep table and still have room to work. The size and weight is manageable by one person without needing wheels or the like. I think with careful use you could dry up to about 12 pounds (wet weight) of food in one batch, giving maybe 3 pounds of dried fruit or a couple pounds of dried vegetables in each batch. Whether that's a lot or a little will depend on your needs but for most people that's a lot, and even if you are using this commercially I suspect you could provide enough for a farmer's market table or the like. A restaurant might be able to use this to dry fresh herbs or the like as well. All of that is "if your state/local health code allows" of course.So far I haven't found any downsides except the price, and perhaps the fact that I probably do not need to be drying 12lbs of food at a time on a regular basis. If I run into other issues I will update the review.

Muy útil, me ha servido de gran ayuda, el medidor va muy bien, el líquido de calibrado lo compre aparte por no entender mucho de estos aparatos. Le doy 5⭐bien envasado, y lleva su cajita de plástico para guardarlo,el precio lo veo bien y las instrucciones están en inglés y podrían estar en otro idioma. Muchas gracias
