I asked my shoes in 8.5 and you sent them in 41. they are huge, and I dont live in the US.I want my money back or my exact product.

I researched the sizing issues in comments before buying them, as I have wide feet. From what I read, I decided to upsize to a size 12, as I wear a size 11 wide.This almost worked, but it fit tight and narrow in an unusual way. Where my foot went into the shoe (the very top of the opening) was quite tight on the top of my food and Achilles tendon. I tried just sitting in my chair with them on my feet to see if they would stretch any, but they did not. I did not want to try walking in them to loosen them, as the sole was very stiff and was not very flexible at all. They would need broken in to be more flexible. Since a return seemed likely, I didnt walk in them to make the sole flexible.The width was about what I expected in going from 11W to a 12. The extra length was actually far more noticeable in the heal rather than the toes, which I did not expect.Anyway, I really loved the apparent quality. However, the weird fit and tightness made them unusable for me.

These shoes run a bit large, I used an insole to help with the roominess.

These shoes are fantastic! Not only are they super comfortable, but they have such a sleek, stylish look that goes well with just about any outfit. They’re well-made and fit perfectly. Highly recommend!
